Today, Pastor Ronald talked about the last beattitude....
It is on the verse matthew chap 5 verse 10 "Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."
He talked about many christians having to master the bible just like a walking bible...
like whenever you need a verse, he can just tell you straight kind of thing...
It is not say not good, but it is BETTER to let the bible master you!
What do i mean by that?
If you let the bible and God's word to master you, you are actually carrying out God's word in your life...you live a Godly and Christ-like life!
It depends on what kind of christian you wanna be. Those which are mastered or are just only mastering...
But one thing i can be sure is that. If you are a christian, like a true one, you WILL face persecution in one way or another.
When we talk about persecution, many people will think that ai ya..in a place like Singapore, me being a christian will not face any persecution de...only God's 12 disciples as said in the bible face persecution. Or, only those missionaries who like go overseas to some exotic places to spread God's word will face persecution...(physical persecution)
Their flesh will be ripped apart...their heads will be chopped off...their body parts will be cut off one by one, they are set on fire, stonned etc...just because one is a christian...
It is like even found today!
Statistics show that 40 million people died because of Christ after Jesus died until now...
Also, out of this 40 million, 60% are children!
As for now, everyday, 300 christians dies!
In Singapore, we don't face it...but as we live our normal lives, eating breakfast, going church, eat lunch with friends, maybe go for a movie, shopping etc. 300 christians are dying!
If terrorist were to come, the first people that they will pick out to have some fun with will be the jews...then they will ask for christians...they will not ask for buddist or any other religion...
However, God did not only mention having physical persecution. Persecution includes other factors like verbal and scandal.
In matthew chap 5 verse 11" Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me."
what do i mean by verbal/scandal persecution?
Verbal persecution is one that i always face...people talk behind your back and gossip about you, saying how holy you are, mocking you and making fun of you just because you chose you lead a Godly life! A life that follows according to God's word! In my case, my friends always say..."wah...somebody so holy ah.."
The world loves sin and rejoices with it...people take pleasure in Sinning...thats why when doing the right thing comes along, they will hate it!
For example, if your friends are like gossiping and talking about other people, you wouldn't be comfortable with them cause they are actually sinning...you will just walk away..or have the courage to be a peacemaker! to tell them that "Hey! this is not right, we shouldn't be talking about this. stop it."
Do you think when you tell them to stop, they will be very happy about it?
Will they be like wah! so good..i really wanna be like you..thank you for telling me what is wrong...you are so nice to us...
No! they won't!
Jesus did not die because he did good...he died because he was different from the rest...
The Scribes and Pharasis did not like Jesus and hated him because Jesus was righteous and holy...Jesus was so good as compared to them..thats why they wanted to get rid of him...the world do not like Godly people....
If you were to ask your friend to come to church, the first time your friend may say, ai ya...don need la...
if you ask again, your friend might say no...
if you ask the third time, you friend may say...NO! which part of NO do you not understand? the N or the O?!
if you ask the fourth time, your friend might just seclude you...
You won't be very much well liked by your friends..
In 2timothy chap 3 verse 12"Indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted."
Are you as a christian being persecuted?
If you are not, are you really one?
If you are not being persecuted, one reason is that your friends can tolerate with your Godly life...or is it that you are not even leading one? Is it that you have lowered your standards of what a Godly life is all about? Have you entered and become part of the world...being indfferent?
Maybe your friends don't even know that you are a christian...
If you don't want to be persecuted then just don't care about saving your friends...then don't care about whether they are going heaven or hell...don't care about being a christian and leading a Godly life...don't care about how God sees you...don't need to share with them about christ...don't need to tell them that they are going to hell..
If you are facing persecution, it can tell you that you are actually children of God...
Because if you are children of God, you will enjoy God's glory with him and suffer the same thing that Jesus suffers!
Also, it can serve as a conviction that you are actually doing the right thing and leading a Godly life whereby God is pleased with you...
matthew chap 5 verse 12"Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you."
Rejoice and be glad that you are persecuted?
Is God saying that we must like throw a party and are like super happy when people persecute us?
No!
it is the WILLINGNESS to get persecuted..NOT SEEK for persecution but will carrying out all the other beattitudes said in the bible at matthew chap 5, we will confirm be persecuted...
Don worry!
Cause our reward is not found on this earth! our reward is more than we can ever expect!
Only when we are weak from all the persecutions that we face, then, we can be strong as we depend more on God rather than ourselves!
2corinthians chap 4 verse 17-18 "For momentary, light afflicition is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, while we look not at things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal."
James chap 1 verse 2-4 "Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."
Leading a Godly life is not one that is being lead by an extrovert..one that talks alot...it can be lead by anyone! introvert or even people of all ages! As long as you are willing to take this step of faith out and pray and ask the holy spirit to lead you and give you courage, you can be the point of difference and shine God's light to the ends of the earth!

God's will
When i was on my way back home carrying like all the stuffs from batam, taking the 61 bus, i took out a small bible to read...
I came across this verse in matthew chap 27 verse 42 to 43 when Jesus was crucified and the people are mocking him.."He saved others; He cannot save Himself. He is the King of Israel; let Him now come down from the cross, and we will believe in Him. He trusts in God; Let God rescue Him now, If He delights in Him; for he said, 'I am the Son of God.' "
When i was at the batam trip, i was finding opportunity to share Christ...whenever i see one, i will grab it...
Even in like Singapore, i will do that when i am amongst my non-christian friends.
I realise that even though the priests and people ask Jesus to come down from the cross and through that, they will believe him, Jesus did not come down at all even if he had the ability to. He really follows and go according to God's will in like everything that he do...he clearly understands his purpose for coming down to earth and does it!
God creates everyone with a purpose and everyone has a different purpose...we have to keep on praying and seeking God for our own purpose in life...
We have to fully understand what is God's will for us to live life to the fullest.
I realise that i shouldn't use my own understanding to plan and see when am i going to share the gospel and what to say to my friends..but i should first seek God's will and plan before carrying out anything...
Only through this, then i can save more lives than i can ever expect!
People these days use God's will so easily like everything and anything that happen is all God's will...they fail to truely understand what exactly is God will....
Since Jesus seek for God's will, what more us?

My batam trip
Hello! miss me?!
I came back from batam like on fri evening!
Anw, i would just like to talk about my trip cause i am like going mawai which is somewhere is malaysia from like 1-4 dec! so i won't have time to blog! ahhhh!
Hmmm...the purpose of me going there is to make friends with the orphans, help them to build a house and to provide basic necessities for them!
On my way to the orphanage which is like outside of the city area, i just saw a small part of the lifestyle of people..
What i saw outside of my window is just houses. Houses made out of cardboard and zinc roofs...
People walking around without shoes...etc..
Then, a thought came into my mind...i suddenly rmb what my father asked me like a few months ago..
He said "If your God is real, why would he allow some people in certain countries to suffer poverty while others are like rich?"
I couldn't answer him at that point of time...
Now, as i was looking out of my window, i realise that God is actually fair!
What i see is people gathering together, watching tv, playing football, bathing or even just talking...
As the bus went by, children and even the adults there waved and smiled at us very happily!
I started to ponder, why are the people there so happy while my friends and Singaporeans are like complaining about this and that...
Do you know that an average Singaporean will at least complain 3 times a day?!
I feel that even Singaporeans are like rich materialistically, they are not contented with what they have and still want more...
Singapore is even considered as one of the most umhappy country amongst all the other countries!
While as for indonesians, even if they do not get to enjoy the material stuff, they are happy...
Cause the only thing that they have there is people...their emphasis is more on bonding...both family, friends and even neighbours!
This is something that Singaporeans should actually learn!
Their buildings are also one lvl kind...so they also get to see the broad sky across!
There are some things that i learnt about that country...
Do you know that you cannot touch the indonesian's head like even the children? it is considered as being rude...
They also sell bottles of oil to fill their motorbikes in mama shops!
Also, their motorbikes are really cheap! like 400 to 500 sing!
Anyone of any age can also ride a bike! and it can seat up to 5 ppl!
Also, they do not like and cannot eat things that are too hygienic just like how Singapore cannot eat things that are dirty.
I ever saw one scene...there is this orphan...she is like only 4 years of age...
She ate a cup of ice cream that my friend bought for the orphans when the "icecream man" drove in...
She accidently drop it...and the whole cup drop on the floor..She wanted to cry! but another indonesian incharge of the orphanage, she scoop the icecream up, wipe off the sides and hand it over to the girl! Inside the icecream still got dirt!
I was just stunned! i really dunno what to say...
Also! after the orphans bathe, they can actually play in the sand and get themselves all dirty again!
At the end, we didn't complete the house even though we work from 8 to 6 like for 2 days still cannot finish!
We only completed half...
Who knows that building a house can actually be so so difficult and really tiring!
We go to carry the bricks from there to here, here to there...
Carry water from downhill to up hill to make cement to fill in the holes in the bricks (apparently it is because of budget)
tranfer land into the inside of the foundation..etc.
The kids there were really cute and adorable..we played soccer with them!
Oh! i tell you! the things in batam is really cheap! the exchange rate is really good!
It is like $1 to 8000 rupiah! pity that i didn't bring enough money...if not i will buy like mad ler!
Everything there is like super cheap! you know converse shoes are like 16 dollars! and i bought this rip curl cap for like 10 plus dollars only when the actual price is like 30 plus!
You know i am not those kind that like to shop de...hahaha=)
And the hotel was great!!!

Peter (one of the disciples)
When i was on my way home from plaza singapura, i read this on the bus..and this thought came into my mind...
It was matthew chap 26 verse 34 to 35 "Jesus said to him, 'Truely i say to you that this very night, before a rooster crows, you will deny Me three times.' Peter said to Him, 'Even if i have to die with You, i will not deny You." All the disciples said that same thing too.
Jesus was talking to Peter, one of the disciples...
Oh! i was reading the rehmma booklet before reading the Bible!
and guess what?!
they talked about peter too! cool right?
it was the topic on Nothing in Secret!
somemore it is i anyhow random flip one leh!
One sentence said "Will you slink away like Peter when your faith is being tested?"
God works in amazing ways!
Anw, i was thinking about this topic that God provided me with...and i started to think...are we as christians going to really be like Peter? Are we going to be singing songs in church during worship about how we love God and are willing to die for him kind and not mean it?
Maybe we do mean it..but are you sure one is going to overcome the fear of death and die because of God? or are we going to run away and turn our backs towards him?
For me, although i always sing and i mean it from my heart...
But who knows what will i do when i really face with a situation to die for God?
Who knows how i am going to react in a moment of fear and despair?
Let just say when a gun points at you asking you whether you are a christian annot?
I fear that i will be like Peter...being so confident at first, but at the end, denying God=(

Peacemakers Vs Peacekeepers
Hello! i am going to batam for ocip like from the 25 to 28 nov! rmb to pray for my safety k?
so i won't be blogging during this time...hahaha=)
Today, pastor ronald preach on the verse matthew chap 5 verse 9 "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God." so, i am going to help you define what is the difference between peacemakers and peacekeepers!
At first i thought they are both like the same!
Anw,
Many people in this world are usually peacekeepers...
At home, some people just keep quiet whenever the family members scream and scold...
Some people just get out of the way, trying to keep peace and not anger the other person any further...
Some people will just pretend nothing has happened just because they are afraid of conflicts happening...
Lastly, some will ignore..
These people are peacekeepers...they may have alot of hatred and anger in their hearts but they just do not want to say it out...just bottling them..
Peacemakers must have peace themselves...do you agree?
If they have peace, then they can bring about peace to others right?
Peacemakers must have righteousness...
Peacemakers must love God and understand God's defined peace...
There are a total of 3 characteristic to show whether you are a peacemaker or just a peacekeeper!
1) Know peace inwardly.
This is saying that we have to make peace with God first. eg. when you sin, you ask God to forgive you and make peace with him...and it must be an everyday thing!
2) To bring peace spiritually.
This means to CONSTANTLY try to make peace and to bring people to make peace with God!
And the only way to help them make peace with God so that they can gain the God defined peace, is by evengelising...
So! are you going to be one?
3)Pursue peace socially.
This means that we shouldn't purposely do things that cause conflicts and to RESOLVE to conflicts! not to run away from it.
Will you today, go up to the person that you are hurt by and you just hide the matter but still rmb, to go up to the person and say "although i was hurt by you, but i forgive you."
This verse helped me when i had a conflict with someone not so long ago..and it taught me to forgive that person and to show love...
matthew chap 18 verse 22 to 35! it is like super long..so i will summerise...it is about this King and a slave owed the King 10 000 talents. But the slave do not have the money...the King wanted to sell him and his family for repayment...the slave fell down to the ground and pleaded to more patience with him and he will repay...the King felt compassion and released him + forgiving his debt.
When the slave went out, he found out that one of his fellow slave owed him 100 denarii. He grabbed him and began to choke him and demanded his money to be paid back. The slave asked for patience too! But he was unwilling and threw him in prison.
His fellow slaves saw this and felt sad...they reported to the King all that had happened...
The King was super angry! He summoned him and said, "You wicked slave, i forgave you all the debt because you pleaded with me. Should you not do the same?"
The King sent him to the torturers until he should repay all that was owed.
In the same way, God will do the same if you do not forgive your brother or sister with your heart.
We have the rights to tell those which are doing wrong, especially our brothers and sisters in christ that what they are doing is wrong...
You may ask, won't this create conflicts?
When you tell someone the truth nicely and with love, they will either get more agitated or accept what you say...
But it doesn't matter...not everyone will be able to accept the truth! and truth doesn't really sound very good to some...
But! as long you bring peace and truth, you are a peacemaker..and peacemakers are? sons of God!
what do i mean when i say that?
It means that God takes pride in us! and thats all that matters!
of course when the person don't accept what you say, then don't go on and purposely agitate the person...you just have the right to let the person know...
So! as long as you have peace in your heart, help others make peace with God and make peace with others, you ARE a PEACEMAKER! and God is proud of you!
Pray to the Lord for strength and courage to do so too!!

Blindness
Today, when i was on my way for work at the child care centre...like on the 961 bus, i closed my eyes and listened to a christian song...the Holy Spirit showed me things...
The Holy Spirit showed me the advantages of being blind...
In this world, there are several seeking and persuing material and the physical stuff. Things that they can see to ask for what they want...eg. statues.
They never really think and use their heart to understand it...
Being blind gives the blind an advantage to not see...
hmmmm....you may ask, huh? what do you mean?
Try closing your eyes and just quieten down your heart....
Try to think and imagine...without your eyes to see, what other tools can be used to see and feel what the other person is feeling...
If you are blind, what you will use is your heart...
You will use your heart to see..to see the world around you...to feel the people around you whether it is filled with love or hatred...don't you think so?
And the blind will find themselves feeling and understanding the love of God with their heart because they cannot see...
They also won't get distracted by the things around them and focus on God..cause it is like when we pray, we close our eyes to concentrate and focus...so, same concept.
Oh! the Holy Spirit led me to a previous verse that i didn't understand and question my friends about...it is John chap 9 verse 41 "Jesus said to them, 'If you were blind, you would have no sin; but since you say, 'We see,' your sin remains."
At first i really do not have any clue on this...until now!
Because Jesus was talking to the pharisees that do not know him as the son of man, they do not actually see the truth...they can only see with thier physical eyes...
So if they say they see, they are lying...because actually they do not!
I was just sharing with my mum and sis about this particular story that touched me..
It was a story shared by Pastor Cui Xian...try to visualise!
There was 4 business men...they were like super late for their flight back home..
So they were like rushing for their flight in the airport..
4 of them were like running and sliding around...
then, they knocked into a stall selling apples..a girl was selling them..
all the apples fell onto the floor...
some were damaged..
However, the 4 business men ran away because they got no time to help her pick up the apples..
The last business man felt guilty.
So, he told the 3 other business men to tell his family that he will take the next flight and ask them to go first..
he turned around and went back to the fallen down stall..
he saw the girl frantically searching for her apples..
she was blind.
he went over and picked up the apples, separating the good ones from the damaged ones..
he took out his wallet and gave the girl money saying "i am so so sorry that your apples are damaged...here, this is to compensate for all the damage we have caused."
the blind girl took the money and when he was about to walk away, she said "wait, are you Jesus?"
God loves you all the time!
The Holy Spirit showed me the advantages of being blind...
In this world, there are several seeking and persuing material and the physical stuff. Things that they can see to ask for what they want...eg. statues.
They never really think and use their heart to understand it...
Being blind gives the blind an advantage to not see...
hmmmm....you may ask, huh? what do you mean?
Try closing your eyes and just quieten down your heart....
Try to think and imagine...without your eyes to see, what other tools can be used to see and feel what the other person is feeling...
If you are blind, what you will use is your heart...
You will use your heart to see..to see the world around you...to feel the people around you whether it is filled with love or hatred...don't you think so?
And the blind will find themselves feeling and understanding the love of God with their heart because they cannot see...
They also won't get distracted by the things around them and focus on God..cause it is like when we pray, we close our eyes to concentrate and focus...so, same concept.
Oh! the Holy Spirit led me to a previous verse that i didn't understand and question my friends about...it is John chap 9 verse 41 "Jesus said to them, 'If you were blind, you would have no sin; but since you say, 'We see,' your sin remains."
At first i really do not have any clue on this...until now!

Prayers!
On my way to famosa, i just randomly flip the bible and just chanced upon this verse that i wanna share with you all today!
It is Luke, chapter 18 verse 2 to 8 " saying, "in a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God and did not respect man. There was a widow in the city, and she kept coming to him, saying, 'Give me legal protection from my opponent.' For a while he was unwilling; but afterward he said to himself, " Even though i do not fear God nor respect man, yet because this widow bothers me, i will give her legal protection, otherwise by continually coming she will wear me out.' And the Lord said, 'Hear what the unrighteous judge said; now, will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night, and will He delay long over them? I tell you that He will bring about justice for them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on earth?"
It took me awhile to figure out what this parable was...
This parable is talking about prayer!
It shows that even an unrighteous man, afraid of being pestered over and over again, gave the widow what she wanted. What more God?! When he is like so righteous and perfect!
As long as one have the faith to believe that all things are possible and keep on praying and praying, never giving up, God will answer your prayers ASAP!
You can try fasting and praying too! i heard that it works! must "pester" God! hahaha=)
I shared this verse because i want to encourage those who are praying for anything!
For healing, for friends and family to get saved, for revival, for strength..etc. ANYTHING!
I wanna tell you to press on and pray! Wait upon God and he will be able to do wonders!
Even if it takes 20 years, 30 years or even 40 years, as long as you press on, even the most stubborn man can be saved! Jia you!
God is good, all the time.

Afamosa trip and my cousin bernice!
Hey hey ppl!!
I just came back from a famosa trip in malacca!
It was a 2 day 1 night trip (tour)-organised by my yi zhang from G1!!
It gave me a break...but! i struggled alot on the inside...
Oh! i brought my super duper big and heavy bible to famosa! cause i wanted to do my quiet time with it...
Anw, i went on this trip with my family plus my uncle's (mum's side) the family and my grandfather and ah yi pat and yi zhang!
My grandmother have like 7 children in total! so you can guess how many cousins and family my mum's side have!
However, the sad thing is that we are not close at all...i guess it is because we are self-contained...
2 of my cousins, Bernice (one year younger) and Benny (a few years younger) went for the trip.
They are very smart! cause one is in nanyang girls high and one is in hwa chong...
I struggled alittle, at first, to try to talk to them so that i can built a better relationship with my cousins and share the gospel with them (cause must bond first then easier to share mah)...but at the end, i managed to talk to them!
I asked them about their cca, sch and whether they go to church...then, i realised that they are backsliders...
i couldn't really bond with them cause it takes two hands to clap! if i am the only enthusiastic one trying to make friends and the other just answer to my questions then stop talking kind, it will be very difficult for me to communicate with them...
I asked Bernice "hey! why are you not a christian anymore?"
She said " oh! cause i prefer to be a free thinker..."
then i said "oh...okay." cause i really dunno how to reply her...i am loss for words..
Hmmm...afterthat, i just sat on the bus and thought of several things...i thought of how am i going to approach them...thoughts just filled my mind! like at night, what am i going to say, what i am going to do with them...and how to i spread God's word so that i can save them kind of thing..
Wah..i tell you, i think and think and think until i very stress..i really dunno what to do!
I decided to seek for God's help...i prayed saying "Lord, show me what i am suppose to do and give me the courage. Speak to me through this book"..."this book" is the rehmma book...something like a guide book on john...
Do you rmb the post on backsliding?
I was just randomly flipping the book for the first time and i just randomly came to a page and started to read it like the day after i wrote the post and God spoke to me!
It was on "He is Peace"...
One of the application question out of the two was, "Do you feel weary, wondering whether you have lost your passion for God because of your value that contradicts the world? Tell God about it." Don't you think that it exactly pin points the problem that i am facing? And God is saying that he knows!
You may think it is just coincidence, but, i do not believe that there are so many coincidences especially after i became a christian...
Anw, so i asked God to speak to me through the book...
i prayed and opened the book to any random page!
It was the article on "Trust and Obey"
After i saw this heading, the immediate thing that i thought of is, you sure this is an article that can solve the problem that you are facing now?
Hmmm..the application question is "Have you been like the enthusiastic crowd - volunteering to help God fulfil his plans in your own way? Tell God about it."
Don't you think God is amazing?!
I realise that i have been trying to save ppl. When i see one unsaved, i would be like a tiger, pouncing on the person without thinking...i realise that i was desperate to save lives by my own without understanding and knowing what God really wants me to do. I didn't know God's will for the person...i just plan things on my own. Do you?
So, i just prayed and prayed for myself, as well as for my cousins until i fell asleep...hahaha=)
Sometimes, i look at them, i will have some element of love, sadness and anger....
Love because they are my cousins and i want them to be saved and not fall back to the satan controlled earth..
Sadness because their hearts are cold and hard...their hearts are like a door that is previously opened, but they shut themselves from God..
Anger, because it is very difficult to love somebody that belongs to the earth...
I feel that although they are like super smart, win several prizes and are given several glory by men, they are lost souls that cannot find their Shepherd.
They have several external and material stuff like grades and stuff, but at the end, what is the whole point of having all these? To become successful in future? to earn lots of money? to make parents happy?
Is there a purpose for all these?
So what if you become really successful? they are all worldly stuff...
They have got no purpose in life...they don't have the interior fulfillment and joy...they don't have internal life!
Bernice, you may be reading this. Although this may sound harsh, but i really want to tell you to really make wise decisions in life. Life is short, and i really do not want you to regret.
You said you don't want to become a christian because you want to be free..
I can tell you that the true freedom that you are finding, can only be found in God...
Without God, you are being pulled down by the sins of this earth.
You are heavily chained with burdens, with satan pulling you back and making you sin and sin and sin...there is no freedom at all...
I can tell you that being a christian isn't easy, but being a christian, these chains can be broken and you gain internal fulfillment more than any other grades can bring you to!
If you are touched by God and you really love God, i am sure that you would be more than willing to go to church to just praise him and to hear his word...it shouldn't be a burden...
We all have choices to make in life.
Make the right one!
And once you know you make the right one, hold on to it and never let go no matter what!
Never let go=)

Faith
Hmmm..today, Pastor Ronald talked about matthew chap 5 verse 8 "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God." (i will talk about this the next time...cause, change of plans=))
You know, ever since i became a christian...like a true one...i have always wanted to see God, hear God or even feel God!...anything!
My friends in cell or even leng shan (my bestest friend) told me that inorder to hear God, you got to really quieten down your heart...and be really sensitive to God's voice...
I tried. I prayed even, just hoping and wanting to hear God...
But, i heard nothing...
Afterthat, i realise that God doesn't really talk to you like anyother ordinary person talks to you...God communicates to different people in different ways...
Through thoughts, friends, family, bible or even through songs! as long as one is willing to listen out for him..
I became a christian not seeing God, not knowing anything, but just believe and by faith...
i started out wondering, i cannot feel God, God hasn't really reveal himself to me yet...why do i still believe in something that i cannot see?
I didn't get the baptism of the holy spirit, i did not feel God's power over me, i don't have any experience of God making me cry, get slain...etc.
I am not like the other christians...
so why bother holding on to him?
I realise that i hold on to him because i know, deep inside that he is the true God as everything in this world starts to make sense..
everything in this world starts to link..
as i grew as a christian and learn more things, this confirmation grew stronger and stronger..
One key factor that drove me and let me hold on to God no matter what...
is my promise to him..
the promise that i made that i will hold on to you no matter what happens. I will just cling on!
This is faith...
Faith is something that keeps you going as a christian!
know why?
cause i believe any man's love will fade away...this is so unlike God with so so much love..i would say, God is the only one that fulfills the true meaning of Love and no one else can!
God being right beside you, is not a feeling...
Faith is believing in something you do not see.
Even if you do not feel, touch nor smell, you will still believe...
Many christians backslide because they lack this faith...because they don't feel God and thinks that God isn't real...
It does not have to be God always chasing for you....why not you hold on to God and take his outstretched hand? don't let go..
I believe that God will reveal himself to you one day...
And i am waiting for that day too!
my question is, do you have the faith to hold on to God through everything?
My everything is through all times, all attacks, all problems, troubles, happiness...etc.
Think about it.
Usually the broken hearted and troubled people will then come and seek God...
i feel that human beings are really funny creatures...they must wait till something really bad happens, then, they will open up their heart to God...if not, their doors will always remain shut real tight!
Why wait till then when you got today?
God has already died for salvation of everyone...the deed is already done...it is just there for you to recieve it!
It is free! (i thought Singaporeans love free stuff, and will queue super long just to get it? haha=))
Just take it then! (why wait?)
God loves you! will you love him back? (it takes 2 hands to clap!)

My testimony
After so so many posts, i haven talked about my testimony!
I have heard so many stories of broken families..etc(including my friends's) i feel that i should talk about mine!
I tell you! it is really cool! and i am not ashamed to talk about it at all!
so continue reading it k!
Family history
I was born a Buddhist, my whole family is Buddhist like in the past!
My father placed me and my two other younger siblings in a Christian primary school (Pei Hwa)...
My parents are those that are open to me believing in any religion, as long as i get taught to do good...
My mother was a christian in the past, but she back slided and got married to my father (a buddist)----i think it is really cool and amazing! cause the church that she goes to in the past, is the exact same church that she is attending now! and it is my father who told her de..when he drive her to church..
i got influenced by the Christianity they cultivate in school and i became sort of a christian...but! i didn't go to church, nor feel that there is any change in me...it is like "just go lor!" kind...
i used to have a Buddhist sculpture at home...but i don't really feel anything for it like it is just there lor kind...(sometimes i even find it scary! cause got red lights and stuff..)
i just do what i was told..like to bai bai, and have the incense thingy..
My father is someone who focuses more on work and think that work is more impt than family kind of person..and that money can buy love from his children...so he always come home very late...
My mum, she was a very hot-tempered person i can tell you that!
(and they ALWAYS cane me de!)
After i go up to secondary school, things did not go well for me at all...i started to have fears that i never had before..fears that can haunt me, cause me to shake and sweat infront of people, to really lose my confidence (eg, during morn assembly when i hear the national anthem...you may think it is weird, but i had to fear every single day!-just imagine)
I church hop! i hop from one church to another like ONLY for their major events!
And i said like the sinners prayer like super alot of times!
i was just a backslider that do not feel that i belong to any church! and there is no need to go to church kind of thing...(when the school ask for your religion, i will always hesitate to think, am i a buddist or christian?)
Eh! believe it annot, i was a very quiet, don't really talk alot, and a back scene kind of guai guai, sweet sweet kind of person, very timid also...
Until when i was seconday 3!
Things started to change and God worked in my life as well as my family's!
Around feburary (my birthday somemore leh!) my father started to have an affair with a woman...wah! this time, it really turned my family upside down! when i first got the news, i thought my parents were going to get a divorse! My mum came home crying and all of us started crying (besides my father)...
The first thing i did was just to keep on practicing math! i just like everyday i come home, i will do math...cause that time i took A math mah...
I did all these just to numb myself..just to not let myself think of anything!
And guess what?
I got like 90 plus for the CA and 80 plus for like the SA...i top in math in my class! and got 2nd overall in my class! (and my math in sec 1 and 2 is like always very lousey de)
Although i get such an achievement, but i knew i was numbing myself on the inside..i wasn't happy at all...i knew that this kind of happiness is temporary...i was broken on the inside..
Due to the help of my auntie (we call her ah yi cat)..she is a very strong Christian! (dunno why i have never really heard her talked about God and share to us before..)
But! thank God she appeared when our family goes into this crisis...she started to share the gospel to my mum! and my mum will always cry on the phone..
However, i really wanna thank God for my mother!
i tell you! if God did not provide me with such a strong and optimistic mother, our family wouldn't have stood at all!
Due to this incident, she got touched by God! and the chains holding her back are broken free!
She started to go to Grace Assembly..cause is her oldest sis bring her de (we call her ah yi pat)..
I feel that God is amazing~ cause he has placed people to help us in the saddest moments of my mum's life!
My siblings and i started to follow my mum like sometimes to church (but it is chinese service!) and go for their camps and stuff...
But i still wasn't very close to God! (i was like afraid to raise my hands and sing and stuff)
Until sec 4!
I got to know Leng Shan like sec 3 end of year and because of these problems that we share, we became bestest friends!
I really really love her alot! until now!
Anw, around sec 4 march, we found out that our relatives go to the same church! Grace Assembly!!! And she goes there like for a week or something...
Then she brought me there like to the Shash cell 2006! when i first entered the church, i felt this sense of warmth..this warmth and homely feeling that i did not felt it in other churches...i started to feel so unafraid to make friends with the cell members!
At the end i stayed on...
And it was in this church that i felt God like never before!
heh heh..do you know that i started believing in God like really around this time and i just had child like faith..not knowing anything but just accept kind of thing...
This church has helped me to grow alot as a person and help me to find my purpose in life (cause i ever felt this emptiness in my heart and i asked my relatives(buddists) what is life about?-they say it is a cycle..but that doesn't really clear this emptiness that i was feeling in the past)
As i walk as a christian, i started to see and feel things differently..i started to realise how all the pieces in the puzzle of life fit!) i started to realise that what i believe in is true!
This year, i brought my sis to church and she settled down..my bro followed my mum to G2 for the children's church there...
So it is like because of my dad, 4 people in the family got saved! cool right?!
My mum changed to become a less hot-tempered person and a more loving one...
I changed
My sis changed drastically too! She changed from a super angry and frustated person stomping around the house and waking everyone up kind, to become a loving sister and always there to hear what i have to say and share..
My bro changed in terms of his attitude to studies and know how to share the gospel to his friends when he is like only 8!
I think my God is an amazing God! and if he can change my family and turn it right side up, i am sure he can change yours too!!
As long as you believe that he can do the impossible and make it possible!
Always pray pray and pray!!
Oh! as for my father, he is in stationed in China now with the woman and is a very strong buddist!..
Although i use to dislike him in the past because of this, my mindset of him changed because i realise that since God loves me, i should love him the same way!
I am sure that God loves him alot too!!
As long as our family continue to PRAY! i believe that even the most stubbon person can come to know the love of God!
I don't mind waiting for 10 years or even 20 years for my father to get saved! (cause i know that God has his own timing=))

So, my main point here is that God has a plan for each and everyone of us! as long as we believe and trust in him!
What you think may be a trouble now or an obstacle that you are currently facing, may not be actually that bad! As long as you are in God's hands, after all these has tied over, you will come to realise that God's plan is so much better than yours!
So, trust in him!!

Family history
I was born a Buddhist, my whole family is Buddhist like in the past!
My father placed me and my two other younger siblings in a Christian primary school (Pei Hwa)...
My parents are those that are open to me believing in any religion, as long as i get taught to do good...
My mother was a christian in the past, but she back slided and got married to my father (a buddist)----i think it is really cool and amazing! cause the church that she goes to in the past, is the exact same church that she is attending now! and it is my father who told her de..when he drive her to church..
i got influenced by the Christianity they cultivate in school and i became sort of a christian...but! i didn't go to church, nor feel that there is any change in me...it is like "just go lor!" kind...
i used to have a Buddhist sculpture at home...but i don't really feel anything for it like it is just there lor kind...(sometimes i even find it scary! cause got red lights and stuff..)
i just do what i was told..like to bai bai, and have the incense thingy..
My father is someone who focuses more on work and think that work is more impt than family kind of person..and that money can buy love from his children...so he always come home very late...
My mum, she was a very hot-tempered person i can tell you that!
(and they ALWAYS cane me de!)
After i go up to secondary school, things did not go well for me at all...i started to have fears that i never had before..fears that can haunt me, cause me to shake and sweat infront of people, to really lose my confidence (eg, during morn assembly when i hear the national anthem...you may think it is weird, but i had to fear every single day!-just imagine)
I church hop! i hop from one church to another like ONLY for their major events!
And i said like the sinners prayer like super alot of times!
i was just a backslider that do not feel that i belong to any church! and there is no need to go to church kind of thing...(when the school ask for your religion, i will always hesitate to think, am i a buddist or christian?)
Eh! believe it annot, i was a very quiet, don't really talk alot, and a back scene kind of guai guai, sweet sweet kind of person, very timid also...
Until when i was seconday 3!
Things started to change and God worked in my life as well as my family's!
Around feburary (my birthday somemore leh!) my father started to have an affair with a woman...wah! this time, it really turned my family upside down! when i first got the news, i thought my parents were going to get a divorse! My mum came home crying and all of us started crying (besides my father)...
The first thing i did was just to keep on practicing math! i just like everyday i come home, i will do math...cause that time i took A math mah...
I did all these just to numb myself..just to not let myself think of anything!
And guess what?
I got like 90 plus for the CA and 80 plus for like the SA...i top in math in my class! and got 2nd overall in my class! (and my math in sec 1 and 2 is like always very lousey de)
Although i get such an achievement, but i knew i was numbing myself on the inside..i wasn't happy at all...i knew that this kind of happiness is temporary...i was broken on the inside..
Due to the help of my auntie (we call her ah yi cat)..she is a very strong Christian! (dunno why i have never really heard her talked about God and share to us before..)
But! thank God she appeared when our family goes into this crisis...she started to share the gospel to my mum! and my mum will always cry on the phone..
However, i really wanna thank God for my mother!
i tell you! if God did not provide me with such a strong and optimistic mother, our family wouldn't have stood at all!
Due to this incident, she got touched by God! and the chains holding her back are broken free!
She started to go to Grace Assembly..cause is her oldest sis bring her de (we call her ah yi pat)..
I feel that God is amazing~ cause he has placed people to help us in the saddest moments of my mum's life!
My siblings and i started to follow my mum like sometimes to church (but it is chinese service!) and go for their camps and stuff...
But i still wasn't very close to God! (i was like afraid to raise my hands and sing and stuff)
Until sec 4!
I got to know Leng Shan like sec 3 end of year and because of these problems that we share, we became bestest friends!
I really really love her alot! until now!
Anw, around sec 4 march, we found out that our relatives go to the same church! Grace Assembly!!! And she goes there like for a week or something...
Then she brought me there like to the Shash cell 2006! when i first entered the church, i felt this sense of warmth..this warmth and homely feeling that i did not felt it in other churches...i started to feel so unafraid to make friends with the cell members!
At the end i stayed on...
And it was in this church that i felt God like never before!
heh heh..do you know that i started believing in God like really around this time and i just had child like faith..not knowing anything but just accept kind of thing...
This church has helped me to grow alot as a person and help me to find my purpose in life (cause i ever felt this emptiness in my heart and i asked my relatives(buddists) what is life about?-they say it is a cycle..but that doesn't really clear this emptiness that i was feeling in the past)

Backsliding
You know, there are like so many people out there that are on fire for God with so much passion for him when they first come to know him...but will drift off afterthat and backslide once this passion disappears!
I am one of them...(i was a backslider that came back to God when i was sec 3!)
Nowadays, i feel that there is something weird inside me, i feel that this passion for God is fading away..and i am afraid of that...i really want my passion for God to be everlasting! not like the others...
Why do i feel this way?
I dunno..because when i face my non-christian friends, i started to care about what they will say, i started to feel afraid and awkward and uneasy to talk about God...i no longer stop them for using certain words...all i do is just to listen and accept...
I really don't want this to happen! i fear to lose God!
I kept on praying...
During the Shash cell today, i felt like telling them, but i just dunno how to say....after this thought, i realise that i am not the only one facing this problem! Tiffanie, one of the cell girls, she also feels drifted away from God because of one of her friend...
As Edith and cheryl (our cell leaders) start to advice her, thoughts came into my mind...
What are they?
these are thoughts that i believe it is the Holy Spirit that told me...thoughts about how God has lead me till where i am now! thoughts that show me how amazing God is and how God has changed my family and my life as a Whole! Thoughts that God actually has his own perfect plan!

If you feel that you are backsliding, the best way is to read God's word and question yourself whether you really love God annot? Keep on reminding yourself how God loves you and the fact that he died for you and better to read psalms..cause it really helps!
I added on after the thoughts that i had...
you must keep on reminding yourself how God has brought you through and how he has changed and transformed your life into...from the start, before you were ever a true christian..
You will realise that without God, you are nothing..
Without God you wouldn't have the happiness that you currently have...
Without God, you wouldn't be where you are today!
I believe that what i am feeling now is due to spiritual attacks and it is satan's doings...Edith say that once you get out of this prob and really break through, you will grow stronger in God!
Do not just fall into satan's trap but to break through of it!
I will continue praying and hope you all can pray for me and yourselves too!
(actually you know, i wasn't even intending to write about this, i was suppose to write about my testimony..but! i dunno why i wrote about this, and i believe it is a Holy Spirit that wants me to write it!) haha=) yeah!

Is the bible true?
The main reason why ppl nowadays do not want to believe in God and become a Christian is because they think that the bible is just another story book...or it is just because they do not see Jesus...
Ppl usually believe in the things that they see instead of the things that cannot be seen by their eyes physically..
Today, i would like to touch on the bible...
Is it true?
While i was looking up on the website that Kenneth send to me about catholics and protestants, i chanced upon a website when i was searching for the differences in a christian and catholic bible...
I can tell you it is a really cool website! you all should go and check it out and read everything!
But i would just like to point out some interesting facts that i myself don't even know!

These people are also those that are from different times and different places..

Although they do not really cover all of the same info, the four gospels tell essentially the same story...(go look at the table of Matthew Mark Luke John from the website for their similarities shown in the bible verses)-i took one hour to try to put it up here but failed=(
Matthew and John are men who knew Jesus personally and travelled with him for over 3 years. While Mark and Luke are close associates of the apostles. Therefore, they have direct access to the facts they were recording...(they couldn't have wrote it together because they wrote it many years after Jesus died and rose again...)

Each of the 4 gospel writers made a very detailed account. There is variation in style but agreement in facts...They couldn't have made it up cause the gospels gave specific geographical names and cultural details that have been confirmed by historians and archaeologists..Jesus recorded words leave out many topics the early church would have liked a statement on shows that the biographers were honest and not putting words into Jesus' mouth for their own advantage...
I have a friend called Kai Yuan...
He asked me how do you know that what the bible says is true after all the translations they have from like many countries? Some meaning may have been lost!
Translations are made directly from Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic source texts based on thousands of ancient manuscripts...
Even though there are several manuscripts like over 24000, these copies agree with one another 99.5% of the time!
As for the 0.05%, it is of little consequence..it maybe because the spelling vary or words be transposed(change order), it doesn't affect the meaning...
Some may ask, if you transpose (change the order of the words) ain't you changing the meaning of the word already? Lets just say "Dog bites man" or "man bites Dog" it makes a huge difference in the English terms...
However, in Greek, one word functions as the subject of the sentence regardless of where it stands in the sequence...so amazing right?
As for archaeology, it cannot be used to prove God's written word to us, but, it can be used to see how accurate the Bible can be!
Sometimes historians do not even know that certain places or ppl existed..eg. the Gospel of John tells of Jesus healing a cripple next to the Pool of Bethesda and having 5 porticoes(walkways) leading to the pool...the scholars did not even think that the pool existed until archaeologists found it forty feet below the ground, complete with 5 porticoes!
The Bible has tremendous amount of historical detail, so not everything that is being mentioned, is being found. However, not one evidence that is being found contradicts with the Bible's records.
In the books of Acts, written by Luke, it names 32 countries, 94 cities and 9 islands without an error!
Some may claim that the Bible is full of contradictions. However, this isn't true!
The contradictions are so super small and little! They do not touch on any major event or artical of faith. eg. in Matthew :" This is Jesus, the King of Jews." in Mark :" The king of the Jews." in John :" Jesus of Nazareth, the king of the Jews." the wording is different...have apparent contradiction...however, they all mean the same!
Oh! there is another one...the bible said in matthew chap 12 verse 40 "For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth". In Mark chap 10 verse 34 " They will mock Him and spit on Him, and scourge Him and kill Him, and three days later He will rise again."
It is being said that Jesus will remain in the tomb for 3 days and 3 nights...then how come he died on fri but rose on sun? where got 3 days 3 nights?!
It was a Jewish figure of speech in Jesus' time to count any part of the day or night as a full day and night. So it is friday, saturday and sunday! still not convinced? Lets just say a person were to say " i spent all day shopping," It doesn't mean that the person spend 24 hours shopping right?
The Bible consists of facts, historians concur, archaeology concurs, four Gospel biographers in agreement, remarkable accuracy in translations and the preservation of document copies is also very remarkable! The Bible is not a story...it is the people stating the facts one by one as God ask them to write..
Christianity is not about having blind faith. It is faith based on facts and reality...
Since the Bible is proven to be true, why wait? Believe in God!

Trust in God (do you have it?)
Hey!! sorry ah...very long never post cause my mum don't allow me to come online...hmmm...haha=)
Oh!! do you rmb what i said in the previous post about trust, the one that Pastor prayed for me and God gave me the word "trust" through him to me?
Today, i am going to talk about trust!
On mon night, my family had some time for sharing session and for prayers.
My mum shared with us about the sermon on Sun...
It really inspired me alot because what she said was about trust! cool right?!
hmmm..anws, one of the story is that there is this book named as "HEY GOD!" if you all interested in it, can go and buy..
the author of this book wrote this book because he is inspired by his mother!
So, the story is that their family is kinda poor kind...then hor, his father is a very hot-tempered person...
One day, he brought back 5 friends and ask the mother to cook italian noodles (because they are italians) the mother went back into the kitchen and found out that she onli has one hand full of noodles and there is a need to feed like 11 ppl! (cause got the 5 ppl+herself+father+children)
And she has to cook cause if not she will get a scolding from her husband...
Because of her great amounts of trust in God, she knelt down and prayed...
Then, she stood up and boil the water and place the noodles in and stir....while stirring, she was singing songs and praising God...
Then, she layed out 11 plates...and fill the plates one by one with the noodles....
She managed to fill all the plates and still have extra noodles!!
God not only provides just the right amount that is sufficient, he also gives us extra!
Oh! and somemore sun night and mon afternoon when i am doing my quiet time, i read 2 stories, matthew chap 14 verse 13 to 21 (five thousand fed) and matthew chap 15 verse 32 to 39 (four thousand fed).
For all those who don't have a bible, these two verses states how God can use just 5 loaves and 2 fishes to feed 5 thousand ppl and 7 loaves and a few small fish to feed 4 thousand ppl! God miraculously multiplied the food to feed everyone!
Don't you think it is amazing?
My first reaction is "huh? really meh? sure not?" when i first hear the story
i doubted..
And this shows how much i trust in God...it is very difficult for me to trust in God because i am scared that i trust in God too much (like for him to do certain miracles) but he don't perform it, i will be very disappointed and lose faith...thats why i still struggle with the fact that i need to trust..
How about you?
The other story that my mother talked about is about this man, he is a christian and he is on the way to china to attend some seminar relating to God (all the other pastors going there also)..
It is like a one time opportunity thing...and he knows God wants him there...
one the way there, he was prepared to stay in quite a broken down place..he wasn't expecting a hotel or anything (because he was thinking that they wouldn't waste money on these but on helping others and spreading God's word)...but when he reach, the christians from that country, hosting this seminar thingy brought him to a hotel!
And the hotel is a 5 star one somemore!
when he look out of the window from his room, he can see the Whole city landscape! (he even brought the pic to show) he was staying on the seventy something storey..
When he came down, he ask one of the organiser like why let him stay in this kind of high class hotel?
Guess what the organiser say?
He said " we cannot mistreat God's people."
When i heared that, i was like "WO!"
God's ppl are very impt. They are more important than anyother human being on earth! So i am proud to be one too!
Anw, on his stay there, his wife called him and told him that his son had fever and he already had high fever for like 4 days!
If it is already so serious, i believe that any other human being would have rushed back to Singapore and take care of the son.
But, he trusted God. He knows that since God want him here, he will take good care of the family.
He prayed and kept his full attention on the seminar...
Until the 5th day, his wife called him and told him she sent his son to the hospital...
And he asked his wife to place him into the one bed kind of hospital room...(cause he is like a small little boy and will tend to make noise)
Later on, his wife realise that the hospital do not provide such a service..
She asked the doctors that if possible, placed him in a single bed room..
However, one of the doctors placed him in a special room..
When he got back to Singapore, he went to the hospital to visit his son..he realise that his son is in a room that is so unlike a one bedded room...it is so much nicer!
He ask one of the nurse what room is his son in, the nurse said he is in a suite!
He got shocked cause one night in the suite costs 460 dollars!
He thought to himself "wah, i stay in luxury hotel, my son also must stay in luxury hospital, somemore mine is sponsered"
He didn't blame his wife because it is not easy to handle so many things on her own..
Thank God his son only need to stay for a night..
However, he was bugged by the cost he had to pay...but he placed his trust in the Lord and know that he will settle everything for him..
And really, God settled it!
How?
His wife's company got some medical claim that she can collect for herself as well as for her children's hospitalisation fees...(not all companies have such a previlage)..
She asked the company like how much can she claim for her child like maximum,
they said 460 dollars exactly!
So cool right?
I am sure there are many stories that many others have and i also have somemore just that i cannot really rmb...
All in all, as long as you place your trust in God, like a full kind of trust, he will take care of everything...
Trust is not something that you want then you will get..it is something that you need to pray for and ask the Holy Spirit to help you have trust and not to doubt..
As long as one have trust, i am sure that one will not fear nor worry as you will know that God will take care of everything..

When i heared that, i was like "WO!"
God's ppl are very impt. They are more important than anyother human being on earth! So i am proud to be one too!
Anw, on his stay there, his wife called him and told him that his son had fever and he already had high fever for like 4 days!
If it is already so serious, i believe that any other human being would have rushed back to Singapore and take care of the son.
But, he trusted God. He knows that since God want him here, he will take good care of the family.
He prayed and kept his full attention on the seminar...
Until the 5th day, his wife called him and told him she sent his son to the hospital...
And he asked his wife to place him into the one bed kind of hospital room...(cause he is like a small little boy and will tend to make noise)
Later on, his wife realise that the hospital do not provide such a service..
She asked the doctors that if possible, placed him in a single bed room..
However, one of the doctors placed him in a special room..
When he got back to Singapore, he went to the hospital to visit his son..he realise that his son is in a room that is so unlike a one bedded room...it is so much nicer!
He ask one of the nurse what room is his son in, the nurse said he is in a suite!
He got shocked cause one night in the suite costs 460 dollars!
He thought to himself "wah, i stay in luxury hotel, my son also must stay in luxury hospital, somemore mine is sponsered"
He didn't blame his wife because it is not easy to handle so many things on her own..
Thank God his son only need to stay for a night..
However, he was bugged by the cost he had to pay...but he placed his trust in the Lord and know that he will settle everything for him..
And really, God settled it!
How?
His wife's company got some medical claim that she can collect for herself as well as for her children's hospitalisation fees...(not all companies have such a previlage)..
She asked the company like how much can she claim for her child like maximum,
they said 460 dollars exactly!
So cool right?
I am sure there are many stories that many others have and i also have somemore just that i cannot really rmb...
All in all, as long as you place your trust in God, like a full kind of trust, he will take care of everything...
Trust is not something that you want then you will get..it is something that you need to pray for and ask the Holy Spirit to help you have trust and not to doubt..
As long as one have trust, i am sure that one will not fear nor worry as you will know that God will take care of everything..

The need for Holy Spirit
You know, for today's service, Pastor kuang ming's sermon was about the Holy spirit...
And what i wanna share with you is what happen and what is in my mind throughout the service..
You know, i was like really tired out from the chalet and also having to run to the church (cause i scared i miss the worship, but thankfully i didn't so i was really thanking God! cause i prayed really hard and i love worship=))
So no offence but i almost fall asleep when the sermon was about to end...
This is not the point...i dunno why i talk about this also..haha=)
Anw, his sermon was also a good one!
It was about the need and yearning for the Holy Spirit...
The Holy spirit is a like a little helper that provides you with Help in everything that you do, everything that you say and stuff..
Anyone can have the Holy Spirit! Anyone! As long as you really want it and ask for it!
And we should really pray very hard for it cause it is really impt!
Why impt?
We christians believe that when we recieve Christ into our hearts, we already have the Holy Spirit..
Because Pastor about being able to feel the Holy Spirit. Do you feel the Holy Spirit now, everyday in your life or just a few years back when you recieve the gift of tongues?
You have to know that we believe in a LIVING God, not one that is LIVING in the PAST but DEAD in the NOW!
Don't you think life will be so much easier if you are like intouch with the Holy Spirit?
When you share and spread the word by many many methods (including the pen and paper method), many of the times without the help of the Holy Spirit but by just merely your own wisdom, you fail?
I come to realise that i have been sharing so so many of God's word to my friends and desperately trying to save them...many of the times, i do it without the Holy Spirit, but by my own strength..i fail to seek God's will and the help of the Holy Spirit to help me...thats why i haven gotten any successes...
God reminded me about my prayer. I keep on asking God why don't you want to save those I love? Why can't you at least let me have 1 success to give me this extra boost and confidence? What have i done wrong by sharing the gospel to as many as possible?
Now, God answered my prayer and i am willing to pray and wait on the Holy Spirit to instruct and help me..
I asked Elo...how do you know whether the Holy Spirit is helping you?
She told me that lets just say when you share the gospel, you may find yourself saying things that you yourself do not expect yourself to say...
She also said that when you are filled with the Holy Spirit, God will open your eyes to see things that others may not see...(it may not be very deep stuff. It may be just a rainbow behind a car or any other physical stuff that speaks to you)
When you are filled with the Holy Spirit, you can do things that you never thought you could do...if you are willing to obey and listen to it, Lives will be saved..and it is so much better than just using your own wisdom..
After the whole sermon, it is time for altar call...
He ask...who is hungry and thirsty for more of God, more of the Holy Spirit? Who is not satisfied and happy with the state they are in now? Who wants more and wants a deeper relationship with the Holy Spirit, come to the altar when the worship team sing the next song so that we can pray for you...
There is a great prompting in my heart..i was thinking, that is me..i need more of the Holy Spirit..i was hesitant and slightly afraid to go up...
As the song continued, the altar only had a few ppl...very little went up...
Should i go up? i struggled on the inside...also i asked myself...shouldn't all Christians thrist and hunger for God? Shouldn't like everyone go up? why no one is going up?
In the mist of all these, Pastor Cuixian came to the stage and asked everyone to go to the altar..she says that everyone should thirst and hunger for God..not to wait upon your friends..i decided strongly that i should go...(but in the end everyone went up la)
I was standing quite at the back and was praying and singing...i look at Pastor kuang ming..he was praying for the ppl infront...i thought "i am so at the back, i don't think he will come here and pray for me one la...so nevermind lor.."
When it was about to end, had to pray for the P6s...and of course i prayed...
After i was done, i just continued singing and look at the screen..until i saw Pastor Kuang Ming walk over...he came in front of me and said "let me pray for you"
I was kinda shocked but at the same time happy=)
He held my hands and brought it up to the Lord...he said "i sense that God is trying to tell you trust in him...trust in him"
Trust in him...hmmm..i don't trust in him enough?
Maybe God is trying to tell me to trust that he will save my friends?
Delete all my fears?
I have no idea..but i am sure that God will reveal it to me in the days to come=)
Many always say "ai ya! its God's will"
They (including me) many of the times think that things that happen in our life is God's will..
But, do we actually understand and look into what is God's will?
We use God's will so easily that we fail to seek what is actually his will!
Oh! there is one thing that hurt my heart...
I was playing game at fareast with my church bros and sis...
Then someone mentioned about catholics...
I started to be very interested in that topic because i was eager to know more..and to take this opportunity to clear some of my doubts...cause CJ got alot of catholics and tiffany and i also talk about religion and stuff to the catholics...
There was once, one of my catholic friend rozanne, she say that christians are protestants..and why are they called that? because they protest..
So i rmb that doubt..i asked that someone...more about it..
maybe because of one moment of excitedness, i asked the question too rashly or something..i dunno..
one of my church friend said that wah! nicole always like that one leh...(something like) always talk about religion then very (i forgot what was the word that the person used)...
Anws, it was not a very good comment....and it is definately not what i would expect my church friend to say...
My other church friend said after her "why? it is a good thing what"
i just kept quiet...
i haven't got the answer to my question yet..and i don't wish to probe on further...
i dunno..i just got really hurt by the comment...cause it was a comment that my non-christian friends will say (something like the previous post about swearing and forgiveness)
Maybe being overly enthu was wrong? No idea...

Shapes and Sizes
Hey Hey!!
Sorry that i have not been posting..cause i went for chalet!!! it is some children's church 3's chalet at the changi village there!! SUPER FUN and I REALLY REALLY LOVE IT!
Anw...lets not get into all these details...
Today i would like to touch on the topic of shapes and sizes!
What is it you may ask?
It is the fact that different ppl have many different shapes and sizes!
As i just stand at the side at the MRT interchange, i look at the many ppl walk by and rushing in and out of the train station, i realise how amazing God is!
There are so many thousands, millions or even billions of ppl who look all so different!
I wonder how God can make everyone different from each other!
Everyone is unique in the way they look, their size, height..etc...
And we should really thank God for the way we are!
Then a thought came into my mind, i wonder what the world will be like if everyone is the same size...The so called ideal figure in today's world..with girls being slim and sexy and guys being macho and hot...
Don't you think if God makes everyone what is deemed to be perfect today, there won't be a differenciation as to what is considered as being beautiful and hot?
I mean, if everyone is the same, there won't be such a thing as being "ugly" and "pretty" kind of thing...
Media is influencing people to go for things like plastic surgery to change their looks...or even to buy slimming pills, go to slimming palour, starving themselves and being aneroxic..etc...
This makes being to have the desire to have the "perfect" body shape or face...
I mean, why do you want to change the way you look? Your body is God who gives it uniquely to you so you must take really good care of it! cause the bible says that your body is a temple of God...for christians, God lives within you...and uses you to spread the word just like what a temple does...so, you have to treat it like treasure. Not to harm it!
I feel that what is deemed to be the best in this world today is what is set by the people themselves!
Do you know that japanese in the past, what is deemed as being a beautiful woman is actually fat ones? it is like the fatter the better...
So i feel the perfect body shape and stuff is set by the ppl themselves!
We should be happy just the way we are because no matter how hard one try, you will never be the same as the other=)
Don't get easilt influenced by this world and fall into the trap. Cause do you rmb what i said in the previous posts that Satan is the one that controls part of the earth?

Nick Vujicic (guy without arms and legs)
Hello everyone!
Yesterday evening i went down to the heart of God church at paya labar!
For what?
Just to see Nick Vujicic! Cause he is so handsome! (no la jk)...it is because he is going to preach and previously i saw his videos on youtube during childrens church 3. I tell you, he is good!
Today, i would like to tell you whatever i can rmb from the sermon yesterday!
"A life without limbs, to a life without limits" This is what he always says.
The pamplet that i cope says "The only fear in life is that i forgot how God has led me in the past."
Nick Vujicic for all those who dunno him, is a person without arms and legs..there is no medical reason for it.
He is currently 25 years of age and is currently very successful in life.
He has a double degree is dunno what accountancy thing and is also a motivational speaker.
He has made more than 1600 appearances in 12 nations, inspiring tens of thousands to live to the fullest despite the odds.
Who knows that such a successful person will think about suicide at the age of 8 just to end his pain for himself and his family.
Firstly, you have to be contented. Not to focus on what you don't have, but on what you do have. Just like Nick Vujicic, he asks God to give him arms and legs! he even have a pair of shoes at home just in case! hahaha=) However, he tells God that if he don't get any arms and legs, its ok! i shall be contented with what i have and use what i currently have.
In hebrews chap 11 verse 1 "Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen."
Also in hebrews chap 10 verse 39 "But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the preserving of the soul."
Faith.
We christians do not believe because we see God. We believe because of faith. (not by sight, but by faith)
God being present within us is not a particular feeling. Even if we do not feel God, it doesn't mean that he is not within us. We must have faith. It is the key to keep us close to God.
Turn to matthew chap 12 verse 22 to 31 (Jesus walks on water) "immediately He made the disciples get into the boat and go ahead of Him to the other side, while He had sent the crowds away, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray; when it was evening, He was there alone. But the boat was already a long distance from the land, battered by the waves; for the wind was contary. And fourth watch of the night He came to them, walking on the sea, they were terrified, and said, "Its a ghost!" And they cried out in fear. But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, "Take courage, it is I; do not be afraid. Peter said to him, "Lord, if it is You, commond me to come to you on the water." And He said, "Come!" And Peter got out of the boat, and walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But seeing the wind, he became frightened, and beginning to sink, he cried out, "Lord save me!" Immediately Jesus stretched out his hand and took hold of him, and said to him "You of little faith who did you doubt?"
The boat is battered very hard and hit by the waves. Even if the waves are small, no one would just step out of the boat because they would feel that the boat is so much safer then the outside...morever, they might sink if they step onto the water.
This is like just asking anyone to step out of a moving car!
Peter had great FAITH to take a step out of the boat into the water when Jesus said " Come!"
He placed his trust in the Lord even though he do not know what will happen next.
Just like Nick Vujicic, he had faith.
And once you have faith, you can do the supernatural, things beyond your capabilities, things that you have never imagined you could do or have (eg. peace)
Just like Peter having faith is able to walk on water.
Just like Nick, having faith is able to touch the lives of tens of thousands of ppl today!
How can anyone see how successful Nick can be when he was just a little boy?
Who can see what bright future he can have without arms ans legs?
It is only by faith that God made the impossible, possible!
My God, is a God that focuses and takes good care of what is within.
What is the point when one is beautiful on the outside but is broken within?
Many ppl today have a broken heart filled with hatred, pain and suffering. They are just concealing it and hiding it just as well as anyone of us.
Many have a disability. Physically or even internally.
Things like addiction, fear, weakness, loneliness and many others.
But i want you to know that if you are disable, and you place a GO in front of DISABLE, you will get GODISABLE which is GOD IS ABLE!
I want to tell you that if you are disabled in your life, God is able. And no matter how much God wants to help you and shower blessings and gifts on you, you have to recieve it!
If you do not recieve, you will not get it even if it is offered freely to you!
No matter what you do in your life on the earth, it is never too good.
Have you ever experienced times whereby you think you did quite well in your exams and you are quite pleased...then you were hoping to be praised by your parents..but what you get is them saying that you can do better, maybe this exam is an easy one..
Or times whereby you want to feel wanted, belonged or times whereby you feel that you are not beautiful enough, not perfect enough..
I want tell you that no matter how hard you try in this world, you will never find them.
You can only find them in God.
God provides love for us unconditionally. God loves you just the way you are! And what i mean is your sinful nature, you looks, your thoughts everything of you!
God makes each one of us unique and different. No one is the same! Don't you think it is amazing as to the fact that there are billions of ppl in this world and no one is the same as you?
For the girls, you all are princesses and the guys, you all are princes.
Every girl wants to be a princess. To feel special and important.
Why princes and princesses? Because your father God is the king!
There is no need for any girl to find a boyfriend just to feel loved. You are already loved right from the beginning by God. He loved you so so much! Are you willing to recieve it?
What ever hurt or pain that you are feeling right now or even in the past, God wants to use it to save another soul.
Just like Nick Vujicic. Who knows that his disability can be used to bless so many others and save so many souls?
He says to God "If there is one soul that you want me to save, any one soul, here i am Lord!"
Are you willing to be used by him?
The God that we are all serving is a God that defeats all demons, darkness and all sins.
Because Jesus Christ did not sin even though he came down to the earth.
You know and i know that it is impossible to not sin at all on the earth. And because of sin, lets just say you lie once, we are worlds apart from God who do not sin at all and is perfect and holy!
We deserve to die! We deserve eternal seperation!
But God gave us an opportunity and a way because of his unconditional love.
There is a song that Nick mentioned, one of the sentence says this "tears is a language that God understands"
It is ok to cry!
It is ok to cry for help!
It is ok to seek for forgiveness!
Because none of us is perfect and all of us has weakness..
But if we are willing to break free of all the chains that are holding us down and hand them all over to God, everything will be ok...trust in the Lord.
Isaiah chap 40 verse 31 "Yet those who wait for the Lord Will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary."
God loves us unconditionally even when we do not deserve it.
Because of this, we must also love others even if they do not deserve it.
Just rmb that AS LONG AS YOU TRY YOUR BEST,
GOD WILL DO THE REST!

But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, "Take courage, it is I; do not be afraid. Peter said to him, "Lord, if it is You, commond me to come to you on the water." And He said, "Come!" And Peter got out of the boat, and walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But seeing the wind, he became frightened, and beginning to sink, he cried out, "Lord save me!" Immediately Jesus stretched out his hand and took hold of him, and said to him "You of little faith who did you doubt?"
The boat is battered very hard and hit by the waves. Even if the waves are small, no one would just step out of the boat because they would feel that the boat is so much safer then the outside...morever, they might sink if they step onto the water.
This is like just asking anyone to step out of a moving car!
Peter had great FAITH to take a step out of the boat into the water when Jesus said " Come!"
He placed his trust in the Lord even though he do not know what will happen next.
Just like Nick Vujicic, he had faith.
And once you have faith, you can do the supernatural, things beyond your capabilities, things that you have never imagined you could do or have (eg. peace)
Just like Peter having faith is able to walk on water.
Just like Nick, having faith is able to touch the lives of tens of thousands of ppl today!
How can anyone see how successful Nick can be when he was just a little boy?
Who can see what bright future he can have without arms ans legs?
It is only by faith that God made the impossible, possible!
My God, is a God that focuses and takes good care of what is within.
What is the point when one is beautiful on the outside but is broken within?
Many ppl today have a broken heart filled with hatred, pain and suffering. They are just concealing it and hiding it just as well as anyone of us.
Many have a disability. Physically or even internally.
Things like addiction, fear, weakness, loneliness and many others.
But i want you to know that if you are disable, and you place a GO in front of DISABLE, you will get GODISABLE which is GOD IS ABLE!
I want to tell you that if you are disabled in your life, God is able. And no matter how much God wants to help you and shower blessings and gifts on you, you have to recieve it!
If you do not recieve, you will not get it even if it is offered freely to you!
No matter what you do in your life on the earth, it is never too good.
Have you ever experienced times whereby you think you did quite well in your exams and you are quite pleased...then you were hoping to be praised by your parents..but what you get is them saying that you can do better, maybe this exam is an easy one..
Or times whereby you want to feel wanted, belonged or times whereby you feel that you are not beautiful enough, not perfect enough..
I want tell you that no matter how hard you try in this world, you will never find them.
You can only find them in God.
God provides love for us unconditionally. God loves you just the way you are! And what i mean is your sinful nature, you looks, your thoughts everything of you!
God makes each one of us unique and different. No one is the same! Don't you think it is amazing as to the fact that there are billions of ppl in this world and no one is the same as you?
For the girls, you all are princesses and the guys, you all are princes.
Every girl wants to be a princess. To feel special and important.
Why princes and princesses? Because your father God is the king!
There is no need for any girl to find a boyfriend just to feel loved. You are already loved right from the beginning by God. He loved you so so much! Are you willing to recieve it?
What ever hurt or pain that you are feeling right now or even in the past, God wants to use it to save another soul.
Just like Nick Vujicic. Who knows that his disability can be used to bless so many others and save so many souls?
He says to God "If there is one soul that you want me to save, any one soul, here i am Lord!"
Are you willing to be used by him?
The God that we are all serving is a God that defeats all demons, darkness and all sins.
Because Jesus Christ did not sin even though he came down to the earth.
You know and i know that it is impossible to not sin at all on the earth. And because of sin, lets just say you lie once, we are worlds apart from God who do not sin at all and is perfect and holy!
We deserve to die! We deserve eternal seperation!
But God gave us an opportunity and a way because of his unconditional love.
There is a song that Nick mentioned, one of the sentence says this "tears is a language that God understands"
It is ok to cry!
It is ok to cry for help!
It is ok to seek for forgiveness!
Because none of us is perfect and all of us has weakness..
But if we are willing to break free of all the chains that are holding us down and hand them all over to God, everything will be ok...trust in the Lord.
Isaiah chap 40 verse 31 "Yet those who wait for the Lord Will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary."
God loves us unconditionally even when we do not deserve it.
Because of this, we must also love others even if they do not deserve it.
Just rmb that AS LONG AS YOU TRY YOUR BEST,
GOD WILL DO THE REST!

Guys and Sex
Hello ppl!!
Today i would like to touch on the topic of guys and sex....
Since pri sch, we had many talks regarding sex..
And what they will always mention is that the brain of a guy mainly thinks about sex and they are unable to multitask...
Whereas girls focus more on emotions, the need to be loved and is about to do many things at once...
There was once i was talking to my chem teacher..it was suppose to be consultation but i dunno why we talked about her cousin...
The story was that her cousin had several porn pic and videos in the com and he need his uncle which is my chem teacher's husband to clear cause his mum scold him or something...
Then my chem teacher's husband knew exactly which are the files which contains those...
my chem teacher then ask him like how he know, then he say ai yo, last time got see these kind of thing one mah...
My chem teacher thinks that it is a very usual and normal thing for guys to watch porn...she even say that all guys do that at least once in their life..
There was another encounter...
My friend said that every guy after sec will watch porn at least once!
Then i started to accept the fact that guys are made this way and i cannot blame them for doing all these...(the same concept as to men are made to sin and thus will confirm sin. It just depends on the extent)
There is a verse in the bible, matthew chap 5 verse 27 and 28 "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall not commit adultery, but i say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart."
After i read this the other day i started to realise that in this world, there are so many guys doing this! Media like tv shows, movies or even just by observing the ppl around, i encounter several committing adultery but not knowing so...
I also started to realise that there is a need to stop this and not to take it as a natural fact...
God made adam so perfect and good whereas now. most of the men are worlds apart! what is actually going on?
I believe that it is the works of satan...he is trying to make men sin. The more the better..
I feel that since sin can be stopped and prevented from occuring when one is willing to try, i don't see any excuse as to why men cannot be stopped from committing adultery...
Matthew chap 5 verse 29" If your right eye makes you stumble, tear it out and throw it from you; for it is better for you to lose one of the parts of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell."
Another thing i would like to talk about is sex...
As pastor ronald had said that sex is suppose to be a good thing, a very pure and beautiful thing that God created...
However, what do we see in the world today?
Sex is being abused and used for evil...(families are broken, quarrels, tears, sadness, anger...etc)
This good, wonderful and amazing thing that God created turns bad and used for several wrong purposes...Why?
Don't you feel sad for this world?=(
I know it is kinda weird for me to type all these, but i still want to! Because this is currently what is happening around the world as more and more ppl fall into sin, more and more ppl divorce, more and more families are broken...is it worth it, just because of a moment of folly?
Think about it.

Touched by God
Hello everyone!
Today, i would like to touch on the topic about the holy spirit=)
You know, like just now, just only, my brother was touched by God!
My brother is only 8! and he goes to sunday sch and stuff..
However, he was not touched by God...he goes to Sun sch just for fun and because my mum wants him to go...
I have been praying for him to get touched by God...i didn't expect God to work so so quickly in his life! God is AMAZING! and prayers really work!
This is also what i have seen while serving in the children's ministry that the children are so so untouched by God at all...
How can i tell that my bro was touched?
He started crying when my mother was talking about some serious stuff...
Then we ask him what happen? then he say he dunno! He say that he dunno why he cry but he just feel very sad suddenly!
He couldn't stop crying...just couldn't stop at all....
my mother told me and my sis that it was the Holy spirit that touched him...
I doubted at first because it was so out of the blue!
However, my mother told me that before this, he told my mum that half of him believe in God and the other half of him did not...
As i see him cry non-stop, not knowing why, i started to be more and more convinced that he was touched by God. Also because i have seen instances whereby people in church just starts laughing and crying when the holy spirit touched them...
After that he told me "you know why i cry? i dunno why ah, but then ah..my brain is like a television and God transmit to me something...when i close my eyes when mama was praying for me, i saw papa and jun heng(his best friend), and i think that God is telling me that i must save them cause they are buddists"
The bible says in acts chap 2 verse 17 " And young men shall see visions..."
Oh! there was one more point that i missed out...before that, he was trying again and again to play some toy, but he couldn't get it..he wanted to give up but my mum encouraged him and asked him to pray...
He said "huh? God won't help me in a game what...i thought God only can help us in studies..i thought he won't do such a silly thing like a game!"
i had thoughts like this when i wanna win a certain game...
At the end, after he prayed, he got it! but he said it was he who do it...my heart sank when i hurt this...
However, after the crying incident, he told everyone in the house that God is the one who helped him! How amazing God can be=)
The main reason why i am telling you all these is that, i wanna show you all how amazing God can be!
He takes care of everything in our lives..even if you feel that it is a small and insignificant thing (just like the games), God takes it really seriously...he loves you so so much!
In the bible, mark chap 10 verse 15 "Truely I say to you, whoever does not recieve the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it at all."
Don't you think that this is a good verse?
Children are innocent, pure, unaffected by the world around us...thats why i LOVE them!
Their faith goes beyond our imagination because they just trust and believe without doubt...
I ever heard of a story about a child of age 8 recieving the gift of tongues!
So i feel that God can even impact the life of little children, why not anyone of us?
As long as we take a step of faith and believe just like little children, God can impact anyone of us! Open your hearts and let him touch you!
Even my mum has a certain change in her...because i prayed for her! (before that, she drifted away from God because of my brother's studies and stuff)
However, God didn't give up on her and she started going for cell and church more regularly...
And today, when we are like on a taxi, going back home, the taxi driver suddenly press the brakes as the car in front suddenly stop or something..then we like sort of flew forward...if this happen in the past, my mum would scold the uncle!
I was suprised when she just kept quiet! cool right? hahaha=)
Oh! We started a prayer group like at home! We had to tell our prayer requests and everyone of our family have to pray for one another! cool right?
I think it is a very good thing..and i do hope that this continues with God in our presence!
I am sure that as we work as one, revival can happen!
So i encourage you all to do it with your family too!!! cause we should make use of this opportunity that God place in our lives!!

Bible and lukewarm
HEY PPL! i am back!! hahahaha=)
Oh! i have learnt really great things and facts from Grace Lum! on fri's cell.
I really wanna thank God for her! she is Really good!!
Oh! i had loads of fun too!!
Firstly, i wanna ask you all some questions that Grace pointed out!
IS IT TRUE?
1)God will never leave you nor forsake you
2)All sin will be forgiven (when you seek repentance and forgiveness)
3)Once saved, Always saved
Hmmm..you may think that it is ALL true or even like at least the first and second one is true...
HOWEVER, it is ALL half true!! that means they are not entirely true!
you know why?
For the first one, God will never leave you nor forsake you as said in the bible IF you go according to his will!
Lets just say if you did not go according to his plans and wills, you divert from him and stuff, he will forsake you! cause in a way, you are actually sinning!
Oh! you know, when Jesus got persecuted, and was hung on the cross, he said "Father, why have you forsaken me?"
You see, when Jesus died for us, he carried all out sins! he bore so much sin until he was forsaken by God(who is like the perfect one)! somemore he is like the son of God! what more US?
For the second one, Grace read somewhere in the bible that the ONLY SIN that cannot be forgiven is that one curses the holy spirit! this is more of the intention...
If one who commits this sin, he cannot be forgiven by God! but nonetheless, not many ppl do that la...
For the third one is that you are once saved, always saved, if you stay save! and not to backslide!
Do not be lukewarm christians!
What is lukewarm christians? they are christians that are not on fire for God and are not non-believers....
God said in revelation chap 3 verse 16 "So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, i will vomit you out of My mouth."
Don't you think it is kinda scary?
So my prayers will always include stuff like hope my passion for God never die! Thats why, if you feel that you are neither here nor there, not a true christian, always always pray!
And that is why church is very important for us to renew ourselves every first day of the week!
This is so that we got the strengh from God to face all challenges throughout the week!
Oh! there is one more point that Grace mentioned that i thought it is really good.
If you don't live out a life as a christian but you believe in God, you are no different from demons!
why?
Because the bible says that the demons believe and shake in fear!
So if we believe, but don't act out like one,we will be just like demons who also disobey God but believe!
Oh! i finally know what is the meaning of Grace
Grace is unmerited favour (it is when you didn't do anything to deserve it, but God still gives it to you)
What is the difference between grace and mercy?
Mercy is when you do something wrong, then you plead for forgiveness, then you are forgiven...
I would like to end off with something..
You are not saved through good works,
If you are saved, you will do good works!
For all those who know me and read my blog, i really need ppl to pray for me to have lots of love for everyone...sometimes it gets really hard to not love the word but love the people that belong to the world...
